Kakaku.com Inc. (“the Company”) requires that users of the website okyuu.com adhere to the following Terms of Use (“these Terms”). These Terms are applicable to all users (including those just browsing the website as well as registered okyuu.com users who have completed the procedure outlined in Article 1, Paragraph 1 below, the “Users”) making use of the service (the “Service”) provided by okyuu.com. Please be aware that Users who access the Service with an Open ID may not be able to access the same services (features and support) as those who access the Service with a Kakaku.com ID. In the event that Users voluntarily disclose their personal details or means by which they can be contacted as part of the Service on okyuu.com (e.g. if a User includes their email address in their profile), there is a possibility that the relevant details could be retrieved and used by other Users or third parties. There may be cases in which the Company is unable to quickly respond to requests for the deletion or removal of content posted by Users. The Company accepts no responsibility to the relevant Users in such cases. Please be aware that, unless items posted on okyuu.com are in violation of these Terms or there are other specific reasons, the Company will not delete postings even if requested to do so by the User who posted the relevant item. - Engaging in any other form of conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company
All copyrights pertaining to the contents of postings on okyuu.com remain with the author who composed the contents of the relevant posting or the copyright holder. If posting an item that is subject to copyright or any other third party rights, Users must take responsibility for undertaking any rights procedures required in order to post the relevant item on okyuu.com at their own expense (including rights procedures required for the licensing of the relevant item to the Company by the User). Please take every necessary precaution before posting such items subject to copyright or any other third party rights. As soon as a User posts an item on okyuu.com, the Company shall obtain the license from the User to use the contents of the relevant posting insofar as is necessary to provide or promote the Service or advertise other services (including abbreviating, using excepts from or otherwise altering the contents of the relevant posting) and the User has given their prior consent with respect to granting of such license. Please be aware that, when using the contents of items posted by Users, the Company may choose to include the username of the User who posted the relevant item in some cases or omit the relevant username in other cases, irrespective of the relevant User’s wishes. Although the Company will take the utmost care when using such content, Users should contact the Company if they feel that the usage of or alterations to the relevant content may have a detrimental effect on their good name or reputation.
